Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Davide Franco, CEO and Chairman from 2008, has worked
in the ICT sector since 1990.
Davide's early professional experience was gained in
the ICT sector, before he moved on to join Ernst &
Young where he was manager for IT strategy, and later
Business Process Reengineering. He has headed professional
service facilities and been CTO for several enterprises
operating in the Internet sector.
Before his appointment to Loquendo, Davide was head
of Service Development Marketing for Broadband Multimedia
Services at Telecom Italia, which he joined in 2001. |

Vice
President, Marketing & Business Development
Paolo Coppo, V.P. of Loquendo and Head of Marketing
and Business Development, holds a degree in Electronic
Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, and a degree
in strategic marketing from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
His extensive experience, gained at CSELT (now TILAB),
the research arm of Telecom Italia, and Bellcore in
New Jersey, ranges from broadband networks and services,
through intelligent networks, to speech technologies.
He is the holder of 3 patents, of which two are in embedded
speech technology.
Paolo joined Loquendo at its creation in 2001 as VP
of Business Development, and successfully steered the
company towards the development of its embedded speech
technology product line. He's now responsible for overall
marketing strategy. |

Duce |

Vice
President, International Sales
Rosanna Duce manages the strategy and operations of
Loquendo's dynamic international sales team. She plays
a direct role in creating strategic partnerships and
alliances with key market players throughout the world.
Her international market vision and awareness of new
industry trends is a source of vital feedback to the
company's R&D activities.
Rosanna has led sales operations at Loquendo since the
company was founded in 2001. She has an extensive portfolio
of international sales and executive leadership achievement.
She joined the company from her role as CEO of Formula
Group in France, subsidiary of a leading Italian software
solutions provider, where she built a strong sales organization
and consolidated the company's market presence. Prior
to this, she achieved considerable experience in Sales
and Marketing in the Communications Systems and Software
Industry.
Rosanna Duce holds a degree in Computer Science from
the University of Turin, Italy. |

Martino |

Sales
Manager for Italy
Alessandro Maria Martino, Head of Sales for Italy, holds
a degree in Electronic Engineering, specializing in
Telecommunications, from "La Sapienza" University
in Rome.
He joined CAP GEMINI in 1984 as Systems Engineer for
the Space division, working on major international projects
within the European ESTEC (ESA) consortium.
He joined Telecom Italia in 1996 as Project Manager
for the development and operation of the Server Farm
provision of networked application servers, going on
to become Account Manager for the major Italian Public
Administration Departments.
From 2001 to June 2007 he worked for Citec Voice, a
company specializing in the provision of advanced telecommunications
networks, as Sales Manager for the major Italian Carriers.
In July 2007 Alessandro was appointed Loquendo Sales
Manager for Italy, to support the development of voice
systems technology, applications and services in the
Italian market. |

Rullent |

Vice
President, Voice Technologies
Claudio Rullent, V.P. of Loquendo and Head of Voice
Technologies, holds a degree in Mathematics from the
University of Turin (Italy).
He joined CSELT (now TILAB), the research arm of Telecom
Italia, in 1972, working on digital electronic design
and microcomputer programming. He then moved his research
focus onto written and spoken natural language understanding
in the Artificial Intelligence Department, going on
to become head of the department. In 1992 he became
head of the Speech Recognition and Dialogue Department,
and later head of the Voice Interactive Services Division.
Since 2001 he has been Vice President for Voice Technologies
at Loquendo.
Claudio's research team holds 15 patents on speech technologies. |

Sereno |

Vice
President, Product Engineering
Daniele Sereno, Loquendo Vice President and Head of
Product Engineering, holds a degree in Electronic Engineering
from the Politecnico di Torino (Italy).
In 1982 he joined CSELT (now TILAB), the research arm
of Telecom Italia, where he went on to become Senior
Project Manager of Speech Technologies. His has wide-ranging
experience in Speech and Signal processing for fixed
and mobile communication systems, Voice over IP technologies,
Web Enabled Call Centres, Corporate IP services and
Speech Technologies. In these spheres he has published
several papers, one book and has filed 11 patents. He
has been responsible for several national and international
research projects (ACTS, RACE) and has participated
in several groups dealing with the ETSI standardization
of the GSM system.
Daniele joined Loquendo in 2000, and was appointed Vice
President for Voice Platforms in 2001, before being
made Head of Product Engineering in 2007. |
| Luciano
Piovano |

Vice
President, Government Intelligence Solutions
Luciano Piovano, Loquendo Vice President and Head of
Government Intelligence Solutions, has been at Loquendo
since its foundation in 2001. He is also Director of
Operational Services.
His main responsibility is the marketing and sales of
voice analysis solutions for Lawful Interceptions for
intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
In addition, he acts as Telecom Italia's Liaison Officer
with the Italian Police forces, drawing on his wealth
of experience as an officer with the Italian Carabinieri.
He has a rich background in switching technology, specialising
in ATM - Asynchronous Transfer Mode - techniques, and
has been extensively involved in international standardization
bodies (ITU-T and ETSI).
Before joining Loquendo he was Assistant Director of
the Services and Application Division at CSELT (now
TILAB), the research arm of Telecom Italia. |
| Francesco
Melchiorre |

Head
of Finance, Administration and Control at Loquendo S.p.A.
Francesco has been the Head of Finance, Administration
and Control since the founding of the company in 2001,
with responsibility for financial, administrative and
corporate affairs.
From 1980-1983, Francesco was Financial Controller at
Alenia, Italy; then, until 1987, he was Senior Consultant
and Product Manager for Gruppo Formula.
He worked for Stet (Società Torinese per l'
Esercizio Telefonico) until 1997, and was responsible
for the Planning and Control of telecommunications
companies within the Stet group. From 1997 to 2001
he was Telecom Italia's Financial Controller, actively
participating in the process of rationalising and
privatising Italian telecommunications. He has developed
considerable skills in corporate appraisal, in benchmarking
and in M&A. He is freelance Professor at the Università
degli Studi of Turin, Italy.
Francesco Melchiorre has a degree in Business Economics
from the Universita' degli Studi of Turin, Italy.
