Through this agreement, App-line has integrated Loquendo's multilingual Synthetic Speech, Automatic Speech Recognition and Speaker Verification technologies into a wide range of speech technology applications for call routing, corporate and personal directory assistance and telephony self-service aimed at the French-speaking market.

App-line designs specialized software: Contact Center solutions and VXML Voice Servers. The Sibilo® range comprises extensible, adaptable and open-ended products, allowing the fast yet cost-effective deployment of multi-channel customer contact platforms, designed for small and medium-sized companies, key clients and integrators.
