Through the VoxNauta platform, Telecom Italia will be able to offer a 24x7 voice access to anybody with or without a PC.
Thanks to the localization functionalities, the user will be enabled to obtain geo-referenced information such as local chemists on duty, the list of films showing at local cinemas, stock market news, travel offers, weather forecast, motorway and ring traffic up dates and again, by signing in, "Personal News".
And, thanks to VoxNauta, after having surfed in the "Dimmi Tutto" Voice Portal, the user will be allowed to contact direct the desired phone number through the call transfer, without hanging up or redialling the number.
After a few months testing in the Bolognese area, first voice portal realisation in Italy, the service is now operating on a national level! Thanks to VoxNauta and simply using a phone all the information needed can be obtained 24 x 7 from anywhere in the world.
