Genesys and Loquendo have successfully performed interoperability testing between the Genesys Voice Platform and Loquendo’s TTS connected through a client-server architecture, based on the quick and easy-to-use remote access features provided by the Loquendo MRCP Server. Through this integration, Genesys TTS applications effortlessly acquire the full potential of Loquendo TTS technology and its advanced features, including Emotional Expressivity, Mixed Language Support and Audio Mixer.
