Proside Creates Customer Service Management System Powered by Loquendo

TURIN, Italy, and LISBON, Portugal - Loquendo, the global speech technology company, and Proside, the innovative Portuguese systems integrator, today announced that Proside has incorporated Loquendo's state of the art speech technologies into its flagship solutions.

Proside has consolidated a rich expertise and customer base in the areas of systems integration for Web Portals and Virtual Contact Centre Automation, in particular for the Insurance and Healthcare sector, in which the company has proved its excellence with Customer/Patient Service Management.

Loquendo offers a high quality, multi-lingual portfolio of speech technologies, including Loquendo TTS and Loquendo ASR which enable systems integrators to provide simple, intuitive voice interaction with information. Loquendo currently supports 16 languages from around the world with additional language technologies under development.

The first deployment of Proside's Powered by Loquendo applications was developed for Cemensa -a key player in the Angolan private healthcare sector. In order to maximize its Medical Centre technical infrastructure, Cemensa adopted Proside's Customer Service Management System to optimise patient waiting time and internal processes and also to generate additional revenue through advertising opportunities.
Proside provided a scalable solution comprising a Kiosk integrated with the internal Clinic Management software, enabling an innovative customer management process, which leverages the voices of Loquendo's Portuguese Text-To-Speech to interact with patients and hospital staff.
