Loquendo announces the availability of its new, optimized Voice Platform solution, VoxNauta 7.0, a simple yet scalable and powerful voice platform that allows the optimal exploitation of Loquendo TTS, Loquendo ASR, and Loquendo Speaker Verification technologies.

The completely renewed architecture of Loquendo’s software-only voice platform is the result of an accurate re-design, which incorporates the feedback collected on the basis of the real-life experience of our customers, as well as the latest functionalities released with Loquendo Vocal technologies.

VoxNauta 7.0, Loquendo’s multi-OS, software-only voice platform exploits all the most advanced W3C and IETF standards in the speech scenario in order to facilitate the task of advanced vocal application deployment. This includes the new VoiceXML 2.1 standard, as well as CCXML 1.0, the new standard language for programming call control at service level. This frees developers from any service or call control development dependency associated with proprietary implementation. Moreover Loquendo TTS, ASR and Speaker Verication technologies are integrated in Loquendo’s voice platform by exploiting MRCP v2. The new version of the VoxNauta platform allows service deployment with total compliance to SGRS (either XML and ABNF), SISR 1.0 and SSML 1.0.

The new architecture guarantees an optimal dynamic allocation of Loquendo vocal technologies, provides increased reactivity in terms of barge-in and dialog management. Moreover, the renewed centralized Management Interface combines simplicity with flexibility, giving Loquendo VoxNauta customers a single hierarchic management environment where basic intuitive operations are complemented with advanced configuration and tuning possibilities.
