The Voice Portal profile is the ideal solution for businesses wishing to develop complex, interactive voice services via telephony or VoIP. This profile, in fact, is able to deal with any type of system: from simple services based on pre-recorded messages and DTMF tone-recognition, to more advanced services using Loquendo ASR for the semantic understanding of user requests in natural language speech, combined with Loquendo TTS for the reading of dynamic texts.
